Umami and vegetal touch in mouth. When you open the packaging you can feel a fresh aroma.
I’m a matcha latte lover but it works great in usucha too.
I recommend using a sifter to give you a smoother matcha powder.
I would say that this is a prefect everyday matcha. It has a flowery vegetal taste with a bit of umami and It really goes well as a latte, I especially like it with soymilk.
