Get ready for a flavor explosion! This matcha is rich in umami, luxuriously creamy, and incredibly smooth, with a perfectly balanced taste and no hint of bitterness or astringency. Exactly how I've always imagined the perfect matcha to be—this has set the bar for me!
The Premium blend is really such a great matcha! The color is a such a vibrant green color, the fragrance is intense and it smells green, reminiscent of a forest maybe.
It foams up beautifully! And the taste is well balanced! There's basically no astringency, just a lovely strong umami and a little bit of sweetness. This will definitely be a new reoccurring purchase for me!
The color has become more vibrant and deep. This blend now boasts a richer, creamier, smoother and more umami taste that is still noticeable even when mixed with milk. It has slightly vegetal and nutty notes with a hint of sweetness. The slightly tart aftertaste has disappeared in this new blend and it has no bitterness at all even when sipping it on its own.
It still smells great!
Overall, I really enjoyed it. The taste was both satisfying and unforgettable. Truly, love at first sip!
