I received just the container, no whisk! Unacceptable!

This is the perfect whisk for me. It is more refined and more narrow than common less expensive whisks. I find this whisk a better fit for my matcha bowls and am able to make fine foam with this one. It is of beautiful quality.

I really love using this Chasen, it's really light in hand and slimline, and cleans off well so there's no powder left for next use. I'd love to get another later on with a custom colour thread - if that's something available :) also customer service is very good too, quick response and dispatch times. Thank you!
