Honestly this was amazing, toasty, nutty and a little bit chocolatey! It was great as a latte but also without milk, I really enjoy drinking this Hojicha any time, it’s smooth and doesn’t need sweeatener, it’s naturally sweet and delicious, definitely a must try 🤩

I’ve tried many matcha powders, even ones I sourced while in Japan however I was super impressed with Zenkyu’s single origin! Real and authentic matcha!

It's the third hojicha I've tried and it immediately raised to my number one! I love how the roasty and nutty flavor is very prominent while at the same time this hojicha tastes light! There's also a nice chocolatey scent and a lovely light brown color. It's the first hojicha I enjoy without sweetener. I definitely will buy this hojicha again!

I love the New Premium Blend! This is my first matcha from their brand and I really liked this one as it is very umami, a bit vegetal, and not too bitter. Perfectly balanced. It’s very refreshing drinking it as usucha, even without ice or sweetener.

After receiving this, it took me a while to send a review, but I've loved it so far! It froths well and goes with other types of milk I've tried. I look forward to trying out their other variant! Thank you for bringing this gem to the matcha community!

Although the price point is a bit higher, there is a strong umami and rich taste, not as sweet. Goes really well with oat milk :)
